Please read the following terms of service prior to placing an order with us. By placing an order with us you agree to the terms outlined below.

1.        All products are subject to availability. If any item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative. In instances where a suitable alternative cannot be found, a full refund for the unavailable item(s) will be provided.

2.        All product, prices and descriptions on this website are as accurate as possible. However, at times a manufacturer may update their packaging or alter a recipe and this may take time to be updated on our product pages. Natural products may vary in size, colour and consistency from batch to batch.

3.       All product prices are listed exclusive of delivery charges. Any applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout prior to completing your order. All prices are listed inclusive of VAT where applicable.

4.        Promotions and discounts must be applied or quoted at checkout, not promotions can be applied after a purchase has been completed.

5.        When placing an order for delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct delivery address and contact details. These must be double checked prior to completing your order, as ROAR Pet Supplies cannot be held responsible for items lost or undelivered due to inaccurate information placed at checkout.

6.        If you notice an error in contact or delivery details after completing checkout, please email info@roarpetsupplies.co.uk immediately. We cannot guarantee amendments but will do our best to help where possible.
