Delivery and Collection

Orders for Collection

  1. Place your order online and select to “Pick up” at checkout.
  2. Orders placed by midnight will be ready for collection the following business day.
  3. Use the “Special instructions” box on the Cart page to let us know of any specific requirements.
  4. You will receive notifications via e-mail to confirm your order, and again when your order is ready for collection. Please double check to ensure you have entered the correct postcode when placing your order so you don't miss these notifications
  5.  Head down to the shop and just give us your order number when you arrive. We will bring your purchases out to you – simple, quick, and efficient!
  6. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be ready for collection the following Tuesday, as we are closed Sunday/Monday.
  7. Orders not collected within 5 days of being placed will be refunded.

 

Orders for Local Delivery

  1. Place your order online and select ‘Ship’ at checkout.
  2. Deliveries are made on Thursdays or Fridays, depending on your postcode. Please check the Local Delivery Schedule (link in the footer of this page) to see when deliveries are next due to your postcode.
  3. Cut off is 10am on the Wednesday prior to the date of your delivery. Any orders received after this time will be placed on the next delivery run to your postcode.
  4. We’ll send you an e-mail the day before giving you a planned hour delivery time slot.
  5. Our driver will place your order at the door, ring the bell and step back to maintain recommended social distancing.
  6. If you will be unavailable to take delivery, please specify a Leave Safe location in the ‘Delivery Instructions’ box at checkout.
  7. You'll receive a notification to let you know your delivery has been made.
