Getting a Refund

• In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with any product, you may return it to our shop address
• The product must be returned unused and in original packaging
• Please note: Frozen raw products are exempt from the right to cancel and can only be returned if they are faulty or recalled by the manufacturer.
