Shipping policy

Orders for Collection

  1. Place your order online and select to “Pick up” at checkout.
  2. Orders placed by midnight will be ready for collection the following business day.
  3. Use the “Special instructions” box on the Cart page to let us know of any specific requirements.
  4. You will receive notifications by email  to confirm your order, and again when your order is ready for collection.
  5.  Give us your order number when you arrive and we will bring your purchases out to you – simple, quick, and efficient!
  6. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be ready for collection the following Monday, as we are closed Sunday.
  7. Orders not collected within 5 days of being placed will be refunded.

 

Orders for Delivery

Local delivery is available on our weekly local van routes.

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to dispatch for a full refund. 

Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

Order for Local Delivery - Free when you spend over £55, £4 for orders under £55

  1. Place your order online and select ‘Ship’ at checkout.
  2. Deliveries are made on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Please check the Local Delivery Schedule link in the footer of this page to see when deliveries are next due to your postcode.
  3. Cut off is 12pm Monday for delivery that week. Any orders received after this time will be placed on the next delivery run to your postcode.
  4. We’ll send you an e-mail the day before giving you a planned delivery time slot. Delivery could be made 1 hour either side of this time slot
  5. Our driver will bring the polybox(es) to your door and collect any empty ones
  6. If there is a chance you will be unavailable to take delivery, please specify a Leave Safe location in the ‘Delivery Instructions’ box at checkout.

Should you wish to add to an existing delivery order, please place an order for collection and state in the Notes box in the Cart prior to checkout 'Please add to delivery order #00000' (insert your existing delivery order number)
